الخصال من أعظم ما يجلب للعبد خشية الله وإجلاله وتعظيمه، كما قال - سبحان-: (إِنَّمَا يَخْشَى اللَّهَ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ الْعُلَمَاء) (فاطر: ٢٨) .
