تَنزِيلُ الْكِتَابِ مِنَ اللَّهِ الْعَزِيزِ الْحَكِيمِ

Kitab (Al Quran ini) diturunkan oleh Allah Yang Maha Perkasa lagi Maha Bijaksana.

The revelation of the Qur'an is from Allah, the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
