لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِهِ ۖ وَقَدْ خَلَتْ سُنَّةُ الْأَوَّلِينَ

mereka tidak beriman kepadanya (Al Quran) dan sesungguhnya telah berlalu sunnatullah terhadap orang-orang dahulu.

They will not believe in it, while there has already occurred the precedent of the former peoples.
