ذِي قُوَّةٍ عِندَ ذِي الْعَرْشِ مَكِينٍ

yang mempunyai kekuatan, yang mempunyai kedudukan tinggi di sisi Allah yang mempunyai 'Arsy,

[Who is] possessed of power and with the Owner of the Throne, secure [in position],
