فَمَا لَهُمْ عَنِ التَّذْكِرَةِ مُعْرِضِينَ

Maka mengapa mereka (orang-orang kafir) berpaling dari peringatan (Allah)?,

Then what is [the matter] with them that they are, from the reminder, turning away
