هل يقبل الله الصلاة من عاص مصر على معصية معينة وسائر العبادات؟؟
Does Allah accept the prayer of a sinner who persists in a particular sin, as well as his other acts of worship?
الإجابــة
Answer:
الحمد لله، والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله، وعلى آله وصحبه، أما بعد:
All praise is due to Allah, and may peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah, his family, and his companions. To proceed:
فصلاة العاصي المصر على معصيته مقبولة ما لم تكن معصية مكفرة، أو مما نص الشارع على أن من فعلها لا تقبل صلاته، كالذي يأتي كاهناً أو يشرب خمراً فلا تقبل له صلاة أربعين ليلة، وكذا العبد الآبق -الهارب من سيده- ومن أمَّ قوماً وهم له كارهون، وغير ذلك مما ورد به الدليل الشرعي، وهؤلاء مطالبون بالصلاة، وإذا فعلوها يسقط عنهم طلبها إلا أنهم لا يثابون عليها، ولا تشرع لهم إعادتها.
The prayer of a sinner who persists in his sin is valid and accepted, as long as the sin is not one of disbelief, or one that the Shariah has explicitly stated invalidates the prayer. For example, a person who goes to a fortune-teller or drinks wine—his prayer is not accepted for forty nights. Likewise, a runaway slave, or an imam leading people in prayer while they dislike him, and other cases mentioned in the Shariah. Such individuals are still obligated to perform the prayer, and if they do, the obligation is lifted from them. However, they do not receive reward for it, and it is not legislated for them to repeat it.
