And remember-O Children of Israel-Our blessings upon you when We rescued you from the captivity of Pharaoh and his family, and what you were in of the humiliation and the baseness from the slaughtering of your sons and the keeping alive of your women for the service, and in your being carried upon the most ugly punishment and its worst, then your rescue, a testing from Allah for you and a great blessing.
