O you Prophet say to those whom you took as captives in -Badr-: "Do not grieve over the ransom which was taken from you, if Allah the Exalted knows in your hearts any good He will give you better than what was taken from you of the wealth by making easy for you from His favor much good-and Allah has surely realized His promise for al-Abbas may Allah be pleased with him and others-, and He will forgive for you your sins. And Allah Glorified be He is Forgiving for the sins of His servants if they repented, Most Merciful to them."
