O you who confirmed Allah and His Messenger and acted by His law, what is the matter with you when it is said to you: "Go out to the jihad in the cause of Allah for the fighting of your enemies" you became lazy and adhered to your dwellings? Have you preferred your worldly portions over the bliss of the Hereafter? for what you enjoy with in the world is little, vanishing, as for the bliss of the Hereafter which Allah prepared for the fighting believers then it is much, permanent.
