And a group from the neighborhoods of the Arabs around (Medina) came apologizing to the Messenger of Allah peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and clarifying to him what they are in of the weakness and the lack of capacity on the going out for the raiding, and a people sat without an excuse they manifested it as an audacity on the Messenger of Allah peace and blessings of Allah be upon him. A painful punishment will strike those who disbelieved from these in the world by killing and others, and in the Hereafter by the Fire.
