Have these stayers behind from the jihad and others not known that Allah alone He is the One who accepts the repentance of His servants, and takes the charities and rewards upon them, and that Allah He is the One who accepts much repentance for His servants when they return to His obedience, the Most Merciful to them when they turn [in repentance] to His pleasure?
