He is the One who shows you from His signs the lightning-and it is the radiant light through the clouds-so you fear that there descend upon you from it the scorching thunderbolts, and you are greedy that there descend with it the rain, and by His power Glorified be He there exists the clouds loaded with the many water for your benefits.
