So whoever knows from a testator an inclination away from the truth in his will by way of mistake or intention, and advises the testator at the time of the will with what is more just, and if he did not attain that, then he reconciles between the parties by changing the will so that it conforms to the Sharia, then there is no sin upon him in this reconciliation. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving to His servants, Most Merciful to them.
