Maka Maryam pun mengandung anak laki-laki tersebut setelah Jibril meniupkan di kerah gamisnya, sehingga tiupan tersebut sampai ke rahimnya, maka terjadilah kandungan dikarenakan sebab hal itu, lalu ia menjauh dengannya ke tempat yang jauh dari manusia.
