(Tafsir for 67 is identical to 66 ) Abraham said, belittling the status of the statues: "How do you worship statues that do not benefit when worshipped, and do not harm when left? Vile for you and for your gods which you worship instead of Allah the Exalted, do you then not understand thus perceiving the evil of what you are upon?"
