This stinginess and the choice of the bad for charity is from Satan who frightens you of poverty, and lures you with stinginess, and commands you with acts of disobedience and opposition to Allah the Exalted, while Allah Glorified and Exalted be He promises you upon your spending forgiveness for your sins and a vast provision. And Allah is vast in favor, All-Knowing of the deeds and the intentions.
