(Tafsir for 49 is identical to 48 ) And He is the One Who sent the winds which carry the clouds, bringing glad tidings to the people with the rain as a mercy from Him, and We sent down from the heaven water being purified with it; to bring out by it the plant in a place no plant in it, so the dead land lives after its death, and We provide to drink that water from Our creation many of the livestock and the people.
