And of the signs of His power Glorified be He is that He shows you the lightning, so you fear from the thunderbolts, and you are greedy in the relief, and He sends down from the clouds rain thus He revives by it the earth after its drought and its dryness, indeed in this is surely a proof on the perfection of Allah's power and the greatness of His wisdom and His excellence for everyone who has an intellect he be guided by it.
