O you who confirmed Allah and His Messenger and acted by His law do not enter the houses of the Prophet except by his permission for the consumption of food not being ones waiting for its ripening, but if you were called then enter, then when you have eaten then depart not being ones seeking intimacy for a conversation between you; for indeed your waiting and your seeking intimacy harms the Prophet, so he is ashamed from the bringing you out from the houses along with that that is a right for him, while Allah is not ashamed from the clarification of truth and its manifestation. And if you asked the wives of the Messenger of Allah peace and blessings of Allah be upon him a need from the vessels of the house and its likes then ask them both from behind a screen; that is purer for your hearts and their both hearts from the thoughts which occur to the men in the matter of women, and to the women in the matter of men; for the vision is a cause of the fitnah, and it is not appropriate for you that you harm the Messenger of Allah, and nor that you marry his wives from after his death ever; because they are your mothers, and it is not lawful for the man that he marry his mother, indeed your harming the Messenger of Allah peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and your marriage of his wives from after him is a great sin with Allah. (And this Ummah has surely complied with this command, and avoided what Allah forbade from it therein).
