And Allah alone He is the One Who sends down the rain from the sky, so He helps them by it from after what they despaired from its sending down, and spreads His mercy in His creation, thus encompassing them with the relief, and He is the Protector Who allies His servants through His excellence and His favor, the Praiseworthy in His protection and His management.
