O you who have believed in Allah and His Messenger do not judge a matter without the command of Allah and His Messenger from the laws of your religion thus you innovate, and fear Allah in your word and your action that the command of Allah and His Messenger be opposed, indeed Allah is All-Hearing for your words, All-Knowing with your intentions and your actions. And in this is a warning for the believers that they innovate in the religion, or they legislate what Allah did not permit by it.
