He Glorified and Exalted be He is the Lord of the two rising places of the sun in the winter and the summer, and the Lord of its two setting places in them both, for all together are under His management and His Lordship.

Dialah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala Tuhan bagi dua tempat terbit matahari di musim dingin dan musim panas, serta Tuhan bagi dua tempat terbenamnya pada keduanya, maka semuanya berada di bawah pengaturan-Nya dan rububiyah-Nya.
