What Allah returned upon His Messenger from the riches of the polytheists of the people of the villages from without riding of horses nor camels then it belongs to Allah and to His Messenger, it being spent in the general interests of the Muslims, and for the owner of kinship of the Messenger of Allah peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and the orphans, and they are the poor children whose fathers died, and the needy, and they are the people of need and poverty, and the son of the path, and he is the stranger traveler whose spending has surely been exhausted and his wealth cut off from him; and that so that the wealth not be a property circulated between the rich ones alone, and the poor and the needy be deprived from it. And what the Messenger gave you of wealth, or legislated it for you of a law, then take it, and what he forbade you from its taking or its performance then refrain from it, and fear Allah by complying with His commands and leaving His prohibitions. Indeed Allah is severe in retribution for who disobeyed Him and opposed His command and His prohibition. And the verse is an origin in the obligation of the work by the Sunnah: as word or action or confirmation.
