(Repeat for verse 31) Indeed this Surah is an exhortation for the worlds, so whoever willed the good for himself in the world and the Hereafter took through faith and piety a path delivering him to the forgiveness of Allah and His pleasure. And you do not intend a matter from the matters except by the measurement of Allah and His will. Indeed Allah used to be All-Knowing with the conditions of His creation, All-Wise in His management and His manufacture. He enters whom He wills from His servants into His mercy and His pleasure, and they are the believers, and He prepared for the wrongdoers transgressors of the limits of Allah a painful punishment.
