(Repeat for verse 12) And the sky possessor of the repeated rain, and the earth possessor of splitting by what is interspersed in it of plants, indeed the Qur'an is surely a decisive word between the truth and the falsehood, and it is not with play. And it is not permissible for the creature to swear by other than Allah, and otherwise he has associated partners.
