(Repeat for verse 20) Do the denying disbelievers then not look to the camels: how were they created this wonderful creation? And to the sky: how was it raised this wonderful raising? And to the mountains: how were they set up, thus the firmness for the earth and the stability happened by it? And to the earth: how was it spread and prepared?
