They ask you-O Messenger-about the ruling of the inheritance of the Kalalah, and it is who died and he has no child nor parent, say: Allah clarifies for you the ruling therein: if a man died having no child nor parent, and he has a sister for his father and mother, or for his father only, then for her is half of his inheritance, and her brother inherits her whether he was full or for a father all of her wealth if she died and she has no child nor parent. Then if there were for the one who died as Kalalah two sisters then for them both is the two-thirds from what he left. And if the males from the brothers other than for a mother joined with the females then for the male is like the portion of two females from his sisters. Allah clarifies for you the division of inheritances and the ruling of the Kalalah, lest you stray from the truth in the matter of inheritances. And Allah is Aware of the consequences of matters, and what is in them of the good for His servants.
