So the ruling of Allah is fixed: that whoever commits sins until they drag him to disbelief, and his sins encompass him from all his sides-and this does not happen except in one who associates partners with Allah-then the polytheists and the disbelievers are those who accompany the fire of Hell in a permanent accompaniment that is not cut off.
