And what thing prevents you O Muslims from that you eat from what the name of Allah was mentioned upon it, while Allah Glorified be He has surely clarified for you all what He forbade upon you? but what the necessity called to it because of the famine, of what is forbidden upon you like the carrion, then indeed it is permissible for you. And indeed many of the straying ones surely misguide from the path of Allah their followers in making lawful the forbidden and making forbidden the lawful by their desires; out of ignorance from them. Indeed your Lord-O Messenger-He is more knowing with who transgressed his limit in that, and He is the One who takes charge of his reckoning and his recompense.
