Indeed, the believers of this nation who believed in Allah and His messengers and acted by His law, and those who were before the mission of Muhammad, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, from the previous nations of the Jews, the Christians, and the Sabians-who are a people remaining upon their natural disposition (Fitrah) and have no established religion that they follow-all of these, if they believed in Allah with a correct and sincere belief, and in the Day of Resurrection and Recompense, and performed a deed pleasing to Allah, then their reward is fixed for them with their Lord, and there is no fear for them regarding what they face of the matter of the Hereafter, nor shall they grieve over what they missed of the matters of the world. As for after the mission of Muhammad, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, as the seal of the prophets and messengers to all people, Allah does not accept from anyone a religion other than what he brought, which is Islam.
