Allah favored upon His servants by that He made the Kaaba the Sacred House a rectitude for their religion, and a security for their life; and that where they believed in Allah and His Messenger and established His obligations, and He forbade the aggression and the fighting in the sacred months (and they are Dhul-Qi'dah and Dhul-Hijjah and Muharram and Rajab) for no one transgresses therein upon anyone, and He the Exalted forbade the transgression upon what is offered to the Haram of the livestock, and He forbade likewise the transgression upon the garlands, and they are what was garlanded as an announcement that it is intended by it the ritual; that is so you know that Allah knows all what is in the heavens and all what is in the earth, and of that what He legislated for the protection of His creation some of them from some, and that Allah of everything is All-Knowing, for no hidden thing is hidden from Him.
