Allah made lawful for you-O Muslims-in the state of your Ihram the catch of the sea, and it is what is caught from it alive, and its food: and it is the dead from it; for the sake of your benefit by it as residents or travelers, and He forbade upon you the catch of the land as long as you are in Ihram with Hajj or Umrah. And fear Allah and implement all His commands, and avoid all His prohibitions; so that you may triumph with the greatness of His reward, and be safe from the pain of His punishment when you are gathered for the reckoning and the recompense.
